The project aims to develop a hybrid building intended to revitalize the urban area by integrating a wide range of functions. The structure brings together commercial spaces, offices, housing, and public areas, organized into a coherent system that responds to community needs and energizes the existing context.

Concept

The main concept is a “vertical street,” materialized as a series of stacked volumes with various functions arranged vertically around an atrium. The structure includes commercial spaces, offices, housing, as well as public areas, culminating in a symbolic antenna. The façades vary according to the interior functions and orientation, being treated differently to reflect the diversity of uses.
